Multiple terminals can be registered in one diverse ID, and all analysis points are summed. |

| （２） | SEED A set of information required for the analysis process that uniquely divides parameters related to the 4-to 11-digit character combination pattern for password analysis and the transmission password generation of a wallet, all of which differ for each wallet. Based on this information, the password character string is parsed. There are two types of SEED: one-digit analysis and two-digit analysis. |

| （１０） | Unknown Crypto This is an item(Unknown Crypto) that is irregularly received during a crypto diving and that cannot be identified when granted. The Unknown Crypto are identified by having them appraised on the crypto exchange in the application. Unknown Crypto that have not been evaluated will disappear after seven days from the date of acquisition. The appraisal identifies the Unkown Crypto, and some crypto can be exchange for the Crypto Exchange to bonus points. Various items can be identified by crypto exchange, some of which are shown below.

２．Purposes
| （１） | Daisy Digital Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “DD”) operates a service (hereinafter referred to as “BtcSalvage”) that discovers the sending password of Bitcoin Core whose password string has become unknown in a distributed system. |
| （２） | CryptoDiver (CD) refers to users who participate in DD’s BtcSalvage services. They use their own smart phones or PC to perform decoding using a dedicated analysis program. SEED is distributed from the system. |
| （３） | CryptoDiver is awarded an analysis point (possibly a bonus point) as a reward for each analysis. This analysis point (including the bonus point) is accumulated until the salvage completion (password string detection). |
３．Registrations
| （１） | When a DD downloads a App Store or Google Play downloadable application (CryptoDiver) and registers a divers (account creation), a divers ID is issued and registered as a CD. |
| （２） | Using the above-described diver ID and the password set at the time of diver registration, the login process is performed by a program such as a CryptoDiver app or a drawn line, so that analysis can be performed on the device. The analysis points are assigned. |
| （３） | CD can register more than one device to the system by logging in using the same divers ID, and the points analyzed by these devices are added to the logged in divers ID. (Multiple device registration is possible) |
４．Use

| （２） | Setting the Sponsor’s Diver ID as a referral code when registering a new user, the new Diver registrant will be granted Welcome Bonus. In CD introduced, 1/10 of the analysis points of newly enrolled divers are given as bonus points during the campaign. | ||||||
| （３） | Crypto diving (analysis) In CryptoDiver application, Crypto diving (analysis) can be performed by using one diving ticket owned. In the analysis, SEED for the analysis and the encryption parameter are downloaded from the server, and the password analysis of SEED combined is carried out. And sends it to BtcSalvage server. If registered correctly, analysis points, bonus points, and bonus items will be assigned from BtcSalvage server. If the above series of processes cannot be completed due to communication failures, the diving ticket is not consumed, and the process of receiving SEED for analysis is to be repeated. SEED will then be changed to another: the failed SEED will be reused after a certain amount of time. |

| （４） | One analysis point is assigned to one analysis operation. A bonus point is assigned to a bonus point when the criteria are met at BtcSalvage server, for example, by the content of the analyzed SEED (consecutive unique character strings and duplicate character counts) or by the number of SEED distribution. | ２） | Diving tickets can be purchased at in-application charges.

| （６） | Crypto drones A program dedicated to decoding (analysis) is called a Crypto drone. Crypto drones can be used by renting them or downloading and holding dedicated programs that run on PC(windows, mac, Linux owned by CD. Retained drones will be serviced in the future and can be downloaded free of charge from the Microsoft Store. By charging an in-application fee of 2,000 yen(estimated price) per year. In the case of rental, a draw program running on a cloud server shall be shared with multiple users. (Monthly amount: 650 yen) Crypto drawn is allocated to CD by specifying the diver ID and password set at startup. ５．Compensation received
| （１） | When the password string is found, the total number of
all analysis points (including bonus points) held by CD is calculated,
and the rate of the analysis point is calculated from the unlocking fee
(BTC) of the unlocked wallet balance defined by this total number and
the provision, enabling bitcoin dividends of the points held.
: The following unlocking fees will be paid based on the Wallet balance.

| （２） | At this time, depending on the holding points and rates held by CD, it is possible to choose whether to apply for a bitcoin disbursement or continue as a point. | ||||||||||||
| （３） | Conversion to bitcoins shall be enabled when the value calculated according to the holding point and rate exceeds the specified value (depending on the bitcoin rate at the time of unlocking. :Remittance fee) and in the following cases, the points will be converted into your next wallet analysis rate and carried over. | ||||||||||||
| （４） | Bitcoin dividends are applied for from CryptoDiver application menu and transferred to the wallet of BTC address specified by CD. | ||||||||||||
| （５） | Work Reward Conditions Users are entitled to receive work rewards only if they have completed over 350 crypto-diving (analysis tasks) using diving tickets distributed for free by the Company. The number of tasks completed will be verified by the records in the Company’s app logs, with other conditions and verification methods separately determined by the Company. |
６．Lapse of rights
| （１） | Diving ticket Diving tickets obtained by drawing from advertisements are basically forfeited in three days. Basically, a dive ticket purchased expires after one month. |
| （２） | Bonus items (Unknown Crypto) Unknow crypto ciphers expire if they are not identified within seven days of being discovered. Bonus Crypto determined by Crypto decryption will expire if not used for more than seven days after decryption. |
７．Service Stop
| （１） | The service may be stopped temporarily when a server is added due to an increase in the number of users. |
| （２） | If a password string is found, some services are stopped while calculating the total number of points. |
| （３） | Temporarily suspend servicing, for example, when an unauthorized access to BtcSalvage server is permitted. |
| （４） | If BtcSalvage server cannot be operated due to acts of God, warfare, etc., some services will be stopped. |
| （５） | When the service is suspended by the system, the expiration date will be extended depending on the period of suspension for items with expiration dates such as diving tickets and bonus items. |
| （６） | If it is impossible to obtain SEED and transmit the analysis results when the service is stopped, the diving ticket is not consumed, and the service is restarted after the service is restarted and the analysis SEED is received again. In SEED that the analysis result cannot be received, it becomes a SEED to be redistributed at the lapse of the specified time. |
８．Prohibitions
If applicable, we shall take such action as we deem necessary.
| （１） | Creating a large number of unauthorized divers accounts (illegal acquisition of Welcome Bonus) |
| （２） | Unauthorized access to BtcSalvage servers, etc. outside of official apps In this case, if an illegally manipulated point or item is found, the point or item is invalid. If a user with a Diver Account (or Wallet Holder (WH) Account) is found to have an unauthorized account, all of the user accounts will be deactivated and all points will be invalidated. |
| （３） | Negative comments and SNS postings regarding this service. In this case, the account stop and the point shall be frozen. |
| （４） | Reverse engineering activities for applications, draw programs, etc. In this case, the user’s account is suspended and the point is forfeited. Other than the user, we will claim compensation for damages for the portion of the damages we suffered. |
９．Exemptions
| （１） | If BTC address specified by CD is incorrect when paying the bitcoin fee, the remittance error shall not be refunded. |
| （２） | If the server that manages the point prior to backup is lost, such as a natural disaster, the retention point beyond the point held in CryptoDiver app cannot be restored. |
| （３） | If the number of digits of passwords exceeds the expected number of digits (up to 11 digits at present), it may not be possible to find a correct answer even if all SEED are analyzed. In this case, the analysis of at least 12 digits is continued. |
| （４） | In the event of any action from WH (or Wallet Owner), the entire liability shall be incurred by DD and shall not be held liable to CD unless CD has intentionally caused the action. |
| （５） | If the analysis of SEED requested for analysis does not reach the system after two hours due to a temporary failure or delay in the communication device/line, SEED analysis process is invalidated and the analysis process is cancelled. In such cases, no analysis points or bonus points are generated, but no diving tickets are consumed, and CD can start the analysis process again. If SEED analysis is not received, SEED will be redistributed within a certain period of time (8 hours). |
