１．Purpose
| （１） | Daisy Digital Co., Ltd. (DD) is a company that develops and operates a service (BtcSalvage) that analyzes sent passwords of BitcoinCore wallets (in wallet.dat format) for which password strings have become unknown. |
| （２） | BtcSalvage service is an unlocking service that discovers a password character string by providing (free of charge) a program that performs decoding for users participating in the analysis task, and jointly (distributed processing) with users (CryptoDiver: CD) who participate in the password analysis task using a BtcSalvage service that combines a vast amount of password strings. |
| （３） | Daisy Digital Inc. (hereinafter referred to as DD) is a company that develops and operates the above BtcSalvage services. It also provides functions such as providing decoding programs to perform unlock processing in a distributed environment, providing encryption parameters for analysis, creating and distributing non-overlapping character string combinations (SEED), recruiting wallets that want to unlock, extracting password encryption information for wallets that are subject to unlock, and importing such information into the system. |
| （４） | The wallet holder (WH) is a user of BtcSalvage service that requests unlock from BtcSalvege service, and can receive the unlock service as a BtcSalvage target wallet by providing the information required for encryption in the wallet of bitcoincore Bitcoin Core owned by it through a dedicated program and registering the contact information and the identity confirmation information of the holder in the system. |
2．Registrations
| （１） | Use a smartphone application (CD) that can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play provided by DD. |
| （２） | Select “Request password analysis of wallet” from the menu in CD and enter the required items (contact information, entry of identity confirmation items, and wallet.dat upload agreement to extract encrypted information) to confirm the identity. |
| （３） | After identification, by uploading Wallet.dat file to the dedicated URL, the encryption parameters and master keys required for password decoding are obtained from wallet.dat, and the balance of the requested BTC is checked. |
| （４） | Decide whether or not to analyze the wallet based on the details of the application and wallet.dat data and the balance. When the Wallet Analysis Service target is selected, the user is registered as a WH. |
3．Use
| （１） | Users who have become WH can refer to the analysis status of the wallet registered in CD application. |
| （２） | The registration cancellation of Wallet analysis can be carried out using CD application in the same way, but the prior declaration shall be made up to one month prior to the suspension. If a password is found before the password is stopped, the reward must be paid in accordance with the rules for finding the password. |
4．fees accrued
Remuneration will be determined based on the balance at the time of termination.
| （１） | If the password is determined by a decoding operation
such as CD, CD app notifies you of the password string detection. At
this time, the remuneration amount as stipulated in the Code is
confirmed and the remuneration bit coins are transferred, and wallet.dat
is uploaded to BtcSalvage for the remittance control. DD uses the uploaded wallet and the discovered password to send the reward, downloads (or deletes) the uploaded wallet, and then notifies you of the password string. |

| （２） | Compensation for unlocking services is as follows. However, this may be changed from time to time.
Remuneration will be determined based on the balance at the time of termination. |

| （３） | If the password string of the wallet is not known, cancellation can be performed. In the event of early termination, a cancellation fee of 0.1 million yen shall be charged. However, no cancellation fee will be charged during the cooling-off period or if the system is waiting for password analysis. |
5．Service Stop
| （１） | Description of conditions under which services may be suspended for operational reasons ①Interruption due to a situation that makes it difficult to operate such as a server down due to acts of God or war ② Abnormalities such as decreased wallet balance during the unlocking service. etc. Consult with W H to decide whether to cancel servicing. ③ If it is found that the owner of such wallet is a different person The password string analysis service of the wallet is immediately stopped. |
6．Prohibitions
| （１） | Changing ownership, such as selling a registered wallet If the password string is not known, the password analysis process shall be stopped when found and a penalty of 1 million yen shall be paid to W H. If the password string is already known, the password string information will not be notified to W H and W H will be charged for a penalty. |
| （２） | Negative comments and SNS postings regarding this service. The account shall be suspended as a WH, and the wallet that is in the process of unlocking shall be requested as an early contract for cancellation money as described above. |
| （３） | Unauthorized access to BtcSalvage by programming other than CD If unauthorized access to BtcSalvage system is identified or an attack to the server is found, the service of the server of the related function is stopped and the unlock service is suspended. Restart service after completing the deployment of the associated distributed server. In the event an individual or group that has engaged in unauthorized access is identified, a claim shall be made for the loss of revenue due to the suspension of services. If CD has accessed illegally, all the points in its possession shall be forfeited. |
7．Disclaimer
| （１） | Suspension of salvage services due to unauthorized wallet or unauthorized ownership The cancellation fee specified by DD shall be paid. |
| （２） | In the event the service is stopped due to acts of God, war, or other causes of server downtime. If you cancel during suspension, you can cancel without a cancellation charge. |
8．Matters pertaining to intellectual property rights
CD is a registered trademark of DD. All rights to such trademarks shall belong to DD.
9．Modification of Terms of Use
| （１） | DD may revise these Terms of Use without the consent of WH, and WH shall consent to such revision. The terms of provision of the Service after revision of these Terms of Use shall be in accordance with the terms of the revised Terms of Use. |
| （２） | When DD revises these Terms of Service, it shall notify WH of the contents of such revision by the method prescribed by DD. |
| （３） | Revisions to these Terms and Conditions stipulated in the preceding two paragraphs shall take effect from the time DD gives notice in accordance with the preceding paragraph. |
| （４） | Any WH that does not agree to the revision of these Terms of Use shall not be able to use the Service. |
10．Submission of Personal Information
If DD requests WH to submit necessary information
such as personal information, WH shall submit such information to DD
within 7 days.
11. Other
Apple is not a sponsor of this campaign and is not involved in its operation or provision of prizes.
